Softball bags win for Hall 15!

Congratulations to our girls team for their imminent win! Hall 15 has beaten Hall 8 with a 3-2 win. Armed with a competent pitcher/captain and a team of polished players, Hall 15 was destined to win from the start. Our girls put up a mean fight, and maintained a constant lead throughout the game. Threatened by our impending win, Hall 8 resorted to futile taunts for our players to “swing the bat!” Undaunted and indifferent, the focused batters held on to their bats, swinging the bat only when their professional judgment deems it necessary.

The glorious moment came when Karine secured the much-anticipated win. Karine, Jasmine and Wood were lauded by the usually critical coach as the players of the match. After the game, the coach revised the players’ misses, and the girls are set on honing their skills to top form through more rounds of intense training. Chances of winning for these determined girls look promising, and hopefully this is first of the many victories to watch!
