Wow Wow Wow!

Our tennis team will now advance to the Semi Finals after winning Hall 16 3-2. The team has done our Hall proud by being the first Sport Team to make it to the Semi Finals.

Excellent reflexes by Warrick allowed him to win the first set rather easily. It was apparent that the opponent was not good enough to challenge and return Warrick’s strokes. Clarice was up next for the female’s singles. Her accurate and strong swing of the racquet made winning seem so easy! Two sets up and all we needed was just another win from the mixed double, men double or women double. Wood and Raymond represented our Hall in the mixed doubles. Although we made several serving mistakes but fortunately our opponents incurred more errors than us. Raymond’s patience and Wood’s determination to do things ‘step by step’ brought us closer to winning the Champion Cup and booked us a place in the Semi Finals!

Well done guys and I would like to wish the whole team luck in their upcoming match! I would definitely like to see you guys playing in the Finals and hopefully supporters can go down, cheer and spice up the atmosphere!
